Australia-Wide Shipping
• FREE shipping on orders over $150 AUD.
• Orders under $150 AUD are charged a flat rate of $15 AUD.
• Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2 to 7 business days,.
• If you require expedited delivery, contact us at hello@dejoilab.com.au (additional charges may apply).
• Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. During peak sale periods, processing may take 5 to 8 business days. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a complete street address.
• All orders are shipped via Australia Post, include tracking, and require a signature on delivery.
• If no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post will provide pickup instructions by card, SMS or email.
• If an order is returned to us because it was not collected within Australia Post’s required timeframe, a re-shipping fee will apply.
• DEJOILAB is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other third-party carriers.

International Shipping
International shipping is not available at launch. We’re working on it. If you’re outside Australia and interested, contact us at hello@dejoilab.com.au and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If international shipping becomes available, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a product with a major problem covered by consumer guarantees. In addition to your statutory rights, DEJOILAB offers the following return policy.

START RETURN or EXCHANGE

1. Change of Mind
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a change-of-mind return. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund. Email hello@dejoilab.com.au as soon as you know you’d like to return your item so we can set up the process.
• To be eligible, the item must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted, and no refund will be processed.
• Please obtain a valid tracking number and keep your proof of postage. DEJOILAB is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within from 5 to 10 business days.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
Every piece is quality-checked before it leaves our hands. However, if something slipped through or was damaged in transit, email hello@dejoilab.com.au within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue. If your item is confirmed damaged or faulty, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping costs.

3. Sale or Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotional events or at a discounted price are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless the item is damaged or faulty.
