2. Products and Services 
All products listed on this Website are owned by DEJOILAB and protected by intellectual property laws. Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible, but slight colour variations may occur due to screen display differences.
DEJOILAB products are released in limited quantities. Due to the nature of our drop model, availability is not guaranteed. Products may vary slightly between runs, these variations reflect the nature of screen-printed, limited-edition apparel and are not considered defects.
Items that are faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose are covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). For a major faulty, you can choose a replacement or a refund. For a minor faulty, we may choose to replace or refund the item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

3. Purchases 
When you make a purchase, you will be asked to provide payment and shipping information. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
